COVID-19 Temporary Updated Operating Protocol

FIRST AND FOREMOST WE ARE HERE FOR YOU DURING THESE UNUSUAL TIMES.

Our hospital is currently open and operating via contactless visits and curbside product pick-up.

• Please feel free to contact us via Phone, email or through the PetPro Connect app.
  • We will be closely monitoring all formats to respond and address your pet concerns as quickly as possible during our operating hours. Any inquires outside normal operating hours will be addressed during our next set of business hours

• We are currently open normal business hours
  -8am to 7pm Monday & Thursday
  -8am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
  – 8am-12pm Saturday
  Please call us for more details on our doctor hours.

• For your safety and ours, we are operating via contactless visits and curbside pick ups
  • STAY IN YOUR CAR! Please call us from the parking lot at 614-876-5125 to let us know you are here. We will come to you!
  • Our associates are wearing masks. We do ask that you also
    please WEAR A MASK when interacting with the staff.

• Please call ahead for product refills when able and allow 24 hours for prescription refills.
  • We have also partnered with Vetsource online pharmacy and Hills to Home for medications and food from a trusted source, shipped right to your door.
